Initial Consultation:

 An initial consultation of 50 minutes is $75.00

Limited Legal Services:

A flat fee of $1600 is charged for the divorce case.  This provides 8 hours of legal representation at $200/hour.  90% of our cases are settled within this flat fee range.  All time over that is billed at $200/hour.  You can expect to pay more than the flat rate if your spouse hires an attorney.

Mediation:

Each mediation session is a minimum of two hours to a maximum of four hours.  Mediations are $200 per hour.  For an additional charge, a Marital Settlement Agreement can be drafted.

Collaborative Law:

A retainer of $1600 is required for 8 hours of legal representation at $200/hour.  All time over that is billed at $200/hour.

The MANDATORY seminar for Divorcing Parents is $55 per parent.  This is a four hour class that must be attended for divorces where children are involved.  You will be given a certificate of completion which we will file with the Court.
